A little less paperwork. A lot more purpose.

Your masjid.
Your community.

The vision is one identity for community life. We’re starting with member and dependant registration, on a foundation shaped by masjids’ needs.

For the masjid, and everyone who calls it their community.

PEOPLE ARE THE FOUNDATION

The details, handled.
The people, remembered.

Shared challenges deserve a shared foundation. We’re making the core strong and adaptable, shaped by the requirements masjids bring to us.

A home for every member.

Bring contact details, membership status, and community-specific information into one organized member directory.

In development

Families belong together.

Keep dependants and their details connected to a member. Give your masjid a clearer understanding of the households it serves.

Your masjid. Your fields.

Configurable registration forms make room for the member and dependant information your masjid actually needs.

The right access for each person.

Permission-based access and separate records for each masjid are part of the foundation for handling community data.

Less time keeping records.
More time making
connections.

First release: member and dependant registration only. The preview illustrates the wider vision we’re building towards.

ONE MASJID. A WHOLE COMMUNITY.

For everyone who belongs.

A shared foundation for the masjid, its members, and the families around them.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more clarity.

Get to know what Ain is about.

What is Ain?

Ain, named after the Arabic letter ع, is a community platform for needs shared across masjids. We’re building a flexible foundation for member and dependant data, with a single login for community life as the wider vision.

What will the first release include?

We’re currently making the foundation solid. The first version will include member registration and dependant registration only. We welcome requirements from masjids and will add features as the platform grows.

What does one community identity mean?

The vision is one identity and one login for your masjid membership and future services. Registration comes first; subscriptions, zakath handling, prayer and ikamath times, and masjid transfers are planned additions.

Can each masjid have its own registration fields?

Yes. Registration forms are configured per masjid by a platform administrator, so member and dependant records can capture information relevant to that community.

How will family members and dependants work?

The first release will let you register dependants under a member and keep their details together, so family relationships are part of your masjid’s records.

Where does subscription management fit?

Subscription management is the first planned supporting feature, building on member and dependant records. It will cover membership plans and recording dues collected by the masjid. Online payment processing is not currently offered.

Will members be able to transfer between masjids?

Transfers between masjids are part of the future vision. These workflows are not available yet, and their details will be defined as the platform develops.

How is access to masjid data managed?

Ain uses authenticated, permission-based access. Each masjid’s records are kept separate on the server, and administrative permissions control which actions a person can perform. Future transfer features do not mean records are shared automatically between masjids.
